Manifold Plates
The PSI manifold plate mates with passages in the blower bottom in a patented design. This forms flow ports that provide the even fuel-air distribution that makes tuning a PSI so easy.. The cutout designs for various applications have been developed after years of testing and on-track evaluation, and offer you your best shot at good cylinder temperatures, both during staging and during the run. The plates are 1/4" thick 6061 – T6 aluminum, and are anodized for use with magnesium blower housings. All PSI manifold plates have an o-ring groove for sealing between the blower and manifold plate.
Tandem Burst Panel Kit
This is the solution to premature burst panel failure, and is NHRA approved. This kit allows you to run two burst panels 7/8" apart in the blower, which gives you redundancy. One panel goes between the ring and spacer, while the other is flush against the rear cover. A test port in the spacer accepts an Enderle nozzle and hose which allows you to check the inner burst panel, in case it has failed. The kit comes with 2 rings, a spacer and 24 socket head cap screws.
Blower Studs
We offer five styles of studs: gold anodized 2024 aluminum for 200H blowers, and black anodized 7075 aluminum for the 206 series blowers, and high strength "superstuds" for excess vibration situations (7075 is stronger than 2024, and is a better choice for the higher-boost 206 blowers). All styles feature a radiused breakaway section that makes them easier to extract if the break as a result of a backfire. Longer versions are available for use with intercoolers. They come in sets of eight.
Blower Restraint
NHRA-sanctioned classes must use SFI-approved blower restraints. As a convenience to our customers, we offer restraints and header brackets made by Dennis Taylor.
Starter Stands
Our stands are the correct length to position the starter bracket on the 206D. They are billet aluminum. The stud is 304 stainless, and is less likely to snap than socket set screws.
Intercooler Plate
The 3/4" thick aluminum plate adapts the bottom of the blower to standard intercoolers.
